TERMS & PROCESS


Design Process
  1. Fill out the Blog Information Form and email it 
  2. I will review your information and send you a final price quote. If the price quote sounds fine to you, I will send you an invoice via Paypal for the total amount due or we can complete your sale via Etsy. Once your payment has been received, we will get started on the nitty-gritty details of your design.
  3. You begin by creating a design board on Pinterest by pinning various color schemes, fonts, images, etc. that have inspired your design. After you’ve compiled your design elements, share the board with . At this time, please also email any pictures that you would like included in your ‘About Me’ or ‘Our Family’ sidebar to .
  4. Once you’ve shared your Pinterest board with me, I will send you an estimated completion date for your design based on your design elements and my current workload at that time. I will then begin to work on your design, starting with the blog header first, as the rest of the blog will take shape based on the design of your header.
  5. You will be asked to approve the blog header. I ask that once you receive your header design that only minor changes are made to the design. If I need to start from scratch, additional fees may apply.
  6.  Once the header has been approved and the remaining blog design elements have been completed, I will email you to let you know that I’m going to be logging into your blog account, using your username and password, to begin to load the design to your blog.
  7. I will install your new blog design and the process will be completed. I am available via email to help you work out any kinks within 2-months of the completed design’s launch date on your blog.



Design Terms:



Communication


All communication is conducted via email. Please check your email frequently during the design process and respond to my inquiries within a reasonable time frame.



Estimated Date of Completion


After we receive your payment and design board via Pinterest, I will send you an estimated date of completion based on the complexity of your design ideas. Completion times vary from 2-4 weeks. Please note that failure to respond to my requests in a timely manner could delay the completion date.



Payment & Refunds


I require a full, up-front payment before I can start working on our design. Payments can be made through Paypal or Etsy. Unless specified during the initial conversation, invoices will be sent through Paypal. Due to the nature of the design process, no refunds will be allowed once you have approved the design quote. If any time, you request that I start over on the general design, an additional fee of at least $50 will apply.



Compatibility


All of the Manda Julaine Designs completed templates are tested in recent versions of Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari. I cannot be held responsible for any non-uniformity when using older browsers or computer systems.



Revisions


You are allowed minor edits to the design once I sent you the header (text, coloring, etc.). If you ask for me to start from scratch on the header, an additional fee of $50 will apply. Once the remainder of the design elements have been completed and loaded onto your blog, minor edits are acceptable. The difference between a major and minor edit will be to my discretion in the design process.



Installation


To install your new blog design, I will need temporary access to your website. All information will be kept confidential and used only for the purposes of the designing process. However, you are welcome to change your password before and/or after your design process has been completed.



Post-Installation Support


After installing your design, I will provide you with email support. This means, I will answer any questions regarding your design and, if needed, fix any errors. Post-installation support is only offered up to 1-month of the completed design’s launch date on our blog. Therefore, please review your blog/website as soon as possible.



Limitations


Designs are only to be used for their intended purposes. For instance, a blog header is only to be used on a blog and not as a Facebook cover photo or for other uses. If you need any of these additional add-ons, you are welcome to contact me at any time and I will create them for you for an additional fee. See the pricing page for more information.



You cannot reuse or redistribute the design and/or coding without receiving prior permission. You cannot modify the design in any way, as this is not a true representation of my work.



Copyright Information & Liabilities


Unless otherwise states, all design work is the property of and copyright to Manda Julaine Designs. Please do not remove the design credit in the sidebar and/or footer of your website/blog.



I reserve the right to display your design on my website, blog, Facebook page, etc.




We are not liable for any photos or other design elements you provide. Please ensure you have permission to use any submitted elements before we include them in your design.
